While working with a small gtoup of people, we sought to halt the bio weapon experimentation being done on the people of the Mission District in San Francisco. We had pretty much no success. Very few people semed to care that this was and still is happening. Of course not the medical/murder professionals. There are no words to describe this level of evil. The world should be asking ever person in America, how can you accept this kind of murder as a standard? The government there is not going o to play any role that is beneficial to the vast majority of the people. This is just a continuation of the savage history of slaughter in the name of history. Be sure to teach you children and grandchildren that. Hopefully we can internationally shut down Johnson and Johnson. Some successes at last. The Dutch government has been told by the court to reverse its coronavirus pandemic curfew after The Hague ruled there was no legal basis for it and called it an infringement on people’s rights. In a statement, The Hague declared that the government's use of the Extraordinary Powers of Civil Authority Act – an emergency act which allows the state to bypass the legislative process to impose a curfew in “very urgent and exceptional circumstance” – was not justified in this case during the Covid-19 crisis. read full story / add a comment

Breaking news. A bit of good news for once. Julian Assange will NOT be extradited to the US to face trumped up charges. This victory should be taken with some caution as no doubt the authorities will try some new trick given that the reasons were on health grounds and the judge basically repeated the lie of all the false accusations made against Assange. There was in recent days rumours that Trump might pardon Assange and it is possible the Brits decided to not extradite Assange so that they could deny Trump this "victory" and yet they get to keep all the false accusations in place and may even create new fake charges for another go at it later. read full story / add a comment

The letter below was sent to the Egyptian Ambassador to Ireland, H.E. Soha Gendi, after a phone call to the embassy. The ambassador was not available to answer but her consul, Mr. Mostafa Mohamed Youssef, debated the issues raised and requested a written complaint. UPDATE: The motion was passed despite opposition. See responses below. We believe it is important to keep emailing. Make sure they understand this is serious. The ICCL had to lobby to get a sunset clause added to the first version of this Act. There is no provision that prevents another (or indefinite) extension. The Dáil is meeting on October 22nd 2020 to pass a motion on the extension of the above mentioned emergency measures until June 9th 2021. They are also voting for more power to enforce these measures through fines and with the help of Garda Síochána. Many of us are concerned about the proposed extension of extraordinary powers given to the State during the Covid-19 pandemic under the Health (Preservation and Protection and other Emergency Measures in the Public Interest) Act 2020 and would like to message our TDs about these concerns. None of these officials was elected with the prospect of severe restriction of personal liberty in view. Yet this power has been arrogated by these officials on the basis of advice of a dire public health emergency, the predictions of which proved wholly exaggerated. It is insufficient at this stage to claim “emergency.” The emergency has passed. The harm has proved far less than advertised. Deaths are few. The current debacle in education over Leaving Cert results is a stark example of lack of thought about the fundamentals of human rights. Should high marks in an exam entitle one child to a place in some coveted university course while denying it to another child who has lower marks. Ciaran O’Connor, writing for the Journal.ie, claims to be a researcher and investigator with the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, (propaganda) a London-based think tank that works towards powering solutions to extremism, disinformation, and polarisation.
