The Presidency of the European Union has taken note of the reports of the President and the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia before the Security Council on 23 November regarding progress towards implementation of the Completion Strategy of the Tribunal. A petty dispute re. occupancy of a deer killing hide in Wisconsin, USA escalated into a bloodbath when animal abusers turned their guns on each other. 5 hunters slain and another three wounded "in the bag". Sharon has confirmed that his government will not stop the Palestinians of Jerusalem in taking part in their planned elections which will be celebrated in less than two months on the 9th of January.
