The Usurpation of Constitutional Authority over the Family

category national | rights, freedoms and repression | news report author Sunday November 12, 2006 23:51author by Count Myvote Report this post to the editors

Mrs McAleese puts her Presidential Foot in it!

It seems that President of Ireland Mary McAleese has put her foot in it exposing the states intended attack on the Constitution before the official announcement supposedly being considered in secret by all State Parties. In her address Mrs McAleese indicated that the state focus is to be the ‘Home’ and not the Family. The independence of her office must preclude her from such insider knowledge.

Mrs McAleese who holds the esteemed presidential office by having the same all party support to negate the peoples vote on that office, reiterated her belief in heart wrenching fashion with many intimations that she had personal knowledge through past experience of horrendous atrocities through which she declared that the family was the source of massive abuse

Mrs McAleese failed to clarify that by implicating ‘The Family’ she could only be talking about the Married Family, which is the only officially noted family in Irish legislation. Despite there being mountains of evidence to support the inherent safety of the Married Family and the fact that Marriage is enshrined as a crucial stanchion to the very existence of Irish Society in Bunreacht na hÉireann to which Mrs McAleese swore her oath of office, our people’s protector failed to show that much more harm is identified as coming from all other relationship types by an indisputable factor.

In fact a representative of Women’s Aid’s Dublin office stated as such this week when she declared that reports of abuse to their offices show that about 35% originate from married families. In Ireland Married are over 85% of known relationships but the representative indicated that the other 65% of their calls come from the much smaller 15% group including; lone parents, homosexuals and cohabitees.

This statement, the first ever public admission confirming the security of the Married Family in Ireland, shows a upwards of TEN times the risk of harm to family members by lawfully unwed couples. The figure of ‘ten times’, although a well come admission, falls well short of every known actual survey on this question which generally show the difference in family member safety to be about 35 Time better, and that abuse within Marriage although never ignorable, is actually miniscule when compared to the corollary.

Mrs McAleese’s statements were organised for airing on Saturday afternoon last when she attended a book launch in Croke Park on the subject of family breakdown. The book publishers, Blackhall Publishing are known to work extensively with The Legal Profession were also present and announced that they were delighted to be involved. It is worth noting that substantial increases in business turnover for legal practitioners will inevitably result if the referendum manages to change our way of life.

At the same time Mr Fergus Finley, who is CEO of Barnardos, an international organisation who have worked to control children’s issues, was allowed uncontested air time on RTE Radio 1 lunchtime program. This is in direct contravention of ethics and State licensed practice when addressing public matters of such grave importance that are to result in a Citizen’s referendum.

Mr. Finley represented Barnardos who are now actively striving to supersede the parental authority of Irish Married families. This is made all the more possible for them with the assistance of massive government funding and readily available facilities through state and other media organisations.

During his uninterrupted tirade Mr Finlay said; “While we all know that that there was abuse in institutions but now it is accepted that most abuse of children takes place within families” thereby, with the same neglected oversight of definition implicating, and so attacking the Institution of Marriage in Ireland and possibly implicating him in fraudulent transgressions in office. The same charge can also be considered for the producers of the RTE program and the Stations authorities.

It is worth noting that Mr Finlay, nor any other state entity have ever been known to address the real issue of prevention from the main source of the problem

As a final comment one can only note that Irish history is replete with all manner of government fraud by usurpation, and it all has to be examined by the People and each offender tried for covering up for the treasonous and tyrannical actions of government. It's about time that all this be brought to justice. It's time to end this "the people 'agreed' to destroy themselves." The fact that government usurpation and fraud took advantage of an ignorant people doesn't justify its fraud. Government is to be the fiduciary of the people, and serve the people's interests-- not its own.

The time has come when government's "bubble" is about to burst and truth will prevail. The question is-- HOW will it come about? We can only hope and pray that it will be by the passage of corrective legislature such as a Political Criminal Assets Bureau. If not, it'll be by some other means-- but the government fraud can't go on much longer.

Although I would not agree with your angle or your choice of words, it is heart-warming to see that at least one of the readers has the courage to concur that Mrs McAleese has acted in what seems to be a most dishonourable way. Now all we have to do is to rouse our other fellow Citizens to the magnitude of such offensive behaviour.

The Irish people’s Right to an unhampered Constitution is necessarily obnoxious to the Irish State and the government's will. After all, a citizen’s petition for redress in matters such as this is a complaint that government violated rights and a demand that it stop, and to compensate the complainant(s) for damages by at least removing the offender from office. This would of course be all the more treacherous if the rogue were the holder of any vital office.

It should not surprise anyone that government does not want the people to defend their Constitution effectively. Be that as it may, in Ireland it has always been the way of those who usurp the trust bestowed on them circumvent the people with deceit and two-faced arrogance.

Article 6 of Bunreacht na hÉireann is a powerful fortification against such a threat and the only way through such a formidable protection is the renowned ‘weasel way’ where someone disarms those who trusts them and then leaves them to the wolves.

THE IRISH CONSTITUTION
Article 6

1. All powers of government, legislative, executive and judicial, derive, under God, from the people, whose right it is to designate the rulers of the State and, in final appeal, to decide all questions of national policy, according to the requirements of the common good.

In Ireland, a person who petitions government over grievances of constitutional rights violations that government does not want to hear, can go to prison for fabricated crimes like obstruction of justice, any concoction to their pleasure, or even making "false claims" when the wrong committed is a blatant as this, but that must not deter us. Our forefathers fought and died for such injustice and at the end of the day the Irish will not be found wanting.

Fabulous stuff! If President MacAleese has stirred up the self-appointed protectors of The Married Family then there will be a right old rumpus and this stupidity will get bogged down in such nit-picking, hair-splitting vitriol that the bill will go nowhere very slowly.

Children have rights. What is missing is the protection of those rights - rights are pointless words on dusty bookshelves without resourcing and support, something the government doesn't wish to legislate itself into providing.
