Labour has appointed Becky Francis, an intersectional feminist, to rewrite the national curriculum, which it will then force all schools to teach. Prepare for even more woke claptrap to be shoehorned into the classroom.

More Bullshite from 'Cu'Cullen

Mutton dressed as lamb.

Martin Cullen has been allocated a new P.R.'handler'with a wonderful command of the kings english.
They are so good they must be v..e..r..y expensive.!-like his highways fron hell!

The Heritage Council’s chief executive one ‘Mr Starrett’ has today rejected accusations that the ‘Hound from hell’..Fianna Fail Minister ,Martin ‘Cu’Cullen has allocated the proposed National Biological Centre to the Waterford Institute of Technology,as a gift of benificence,to his own constituency,by means of a political stroke.!
A department of the environment ‘mouthpiece’ added that the south-east was a ‘ nexus of environmental expertise’!! and highly deserving of this gift.
How lovely…a ‘ nexus of environmental expertise’…what a splendid phrase…it has to be good-whatever it is?….-with the Heritage Council located in Kilkenny (of the Statutes),…The E.P.A. in Wexford, and the Dept of the Environment destined for the same sunny climes, (despite the reluctance of its civil servants to be repatriated in a peremptory and uncivil manner.)
‘A nexus of environmental expertise’indeed.
.If there were a prize for the greatest political bullshite phrase, ever to be propagated by the most infamous scoundrel, that ever walked the political spectrum of a country long accustomed to gombeen politicians –‘A nexus of environmental expertise’deserves the award.!
It should be inscribed on the tombstone(it cannot be too soon)of the same immortal Minister for the Environment,..Martin ‘Cu’Cullen.
Perhaps Martin Goebels ,Adolf Hitlers publicity agent, is alive and well, and on consultancy service to ‘The Hound from Hell’ and his Fianna Fail Party.!
Five star hotels in the car park of Trim Castle….Highways through Tara, and The Viking settlement of Waterford….
Youghal is next for despoliation by the speculators/businessmen princes of ‘Friends of Fianna Fail’.
Soon we will have a nation of Golf Courses and big hotels,in scenic locations..with perhaps, imported chambermaids, and porters to bow to the wealthy players who jet in for a weekend’s sport on the greens.
A whole generation of young people enslaved to a hundred or so multi-millionaire land speculators/builders,who bought their untold wealth with as little as thirty pieces of silver, thrown to the local councillors-some of whom have been recently re-elected in the south side suburbia of our capital city.
If we had not been bought with our own money, we would surely be in revolution!

The concise oxford dictionary defines a 'nexus'as a link or bond associated with payments of money.!
Have the recent accusations against Minister Cullen, bravely enunciated in the Dail by a Sinn Fein T.D.-now been admitted in this new press release?
A nexus of enterprise?yes.
A nexus of environmental enterprise?yes.
Depends on whether your environment is new hotels, new houses,or new highways,-
The 'National Roads Authority,'or sundry 'Friends of Fianna Fail.'sucking the lifeblood of our small nation dry...

You're just in a bad mood because the economic news in the past few days has been so fantastic. The Celtic Tiger is back. The growth rate is 6%. Unemployment is tumbling. New house completions are going thru the roof (no pun intended). New American investment is being anounced daily. The EU reported yesterday (see Irish Times) that Ireland is the lowest-taxed country in the 25-member EU. Despite this, the Government is heading for a huge surplus in 2004 (which means big big tax cuts in December) - this is in marked contrast to not only the high-tax basket cases in Europe, such as France and Germany, but also other realatively low-tax countries such as the USA and the UK, where government finances are deep in the red. I could go on and on with the good economic news reported in the past few weeks, thanks to the FF/PD Government's brilliant handling of the economy, but I know such good news would get Mr. McDermott in an even worse mood than he is now. So, I'll desist.

The increasing of interest rates should look after fair wallop of that hidden money. Prices are rising.

Check your facts! Interest rates are at an all-time low. They may rise slightly as is normal when an economy is booming, but they will rise much less in Ireland than in the UK or USA because its in the Eurozone, and the leading Eurozone economies are hardly growing at all.
As for rising prices, the inflation rate is currently 2%, one of the lowest rates recorded in the past 50 years. Every economist now agrees that Charlie McCreevy will have a huge surplus available for tax cuts in December. In marked contrast, Gordon Brown is running a deficit of £40million this year (60 million euro).
And George Bush is running a deficit that is in the stratosphere. As are France and Germany. The FF Government's success is because its policies are based on pragmatism, rather than ideology. A bit right-wing here (e.g. low taxes on the wealth-creating sectors), a bit left-wing there (e.g. high expenditure on health and education). As a result, Ireland is doing far better than any other country in the world at present, whether those following the American model or those following the European model. By the way, this John McDermott who always opens these anti-FF rants is quite skillful at passing himself off to Indymedia readers as someone who is broadly sympathetic to their (mainly left-wing) point of view. In fact, he's the opposite. From items he has posted on other sites, its clear he is opposed to FF from an extreme right-wing point of view. He thinks the FF Government is spending far too much on health and education and would like it cut back.
He rarely mentions that on this site, but on other sites he does. Always amazes me that he is allowed to open threads on this site.

Dunaree is a Soldier of Destiny for sure.He and his ilk hasrecently been accused of writing estimates for new highways and new tunnels,Luas, etc on the back of an envelope and handing the 'friends of Fianna Fail 'contractors and consultants ,a blank cheque to rip off the taxpayers of this country on all construction projects which have a habit of doubling in cost from the original estimate.A powerful public accounts committee have said this not I.I am not so sure that this is due to the 'alleged 'incompetence of Fianna Fail.

When it comes to corruption in any shape or form Fianna Fail have never demonstrated incompetence.
On the contrary they have shown a remarkable level of expertise in this field, since their Mentor C.J.H.hijacked the party, many years ago.
The fact that we are now ripping off our german friends, who contributed so generously to our'peripheral'farmers and infrastructure for so many years has been forgotten by Bertie and his Ansbacher friends countrywide.
Corruption is 'Fianna Fail'
Let this never be forgotten.
