An chéad lá de Bhealtaine i mBaile Átha Cliath!

category dublin | eu | press release author Tuesday February 10, 2004 15:31author by earrach/samhradh Report this post to the editors

Grassroots Gathering call as Gaeilge. Please be kind as I havent spoken Irish in ten years, its an attempt to try and get it going again. Any help with fine tuning the translations (and also turning the remainder of the call into Irish) is appreciated.

Fógraíonn an “Grassroots Gathering” lá gníomhú is agóid i mBaile Átha Cliath ar an chéad lá de Shamhradh (Bealtaine) i rith an uachtaránacht Eorpach in Eireann. Seo é an buaic don deireadh seachtaine ar na sráide ó dé hAoine an 30ú la de Aibrean, go dé Luain an 3ú la de Bhealtaine. Beidh ár n-agóid ag cuireann chun suntais gach rud atá mícheart leis an Aontas Eorpach i gcursaíocht: míleatachas, nualiobrálachas, “an Daingean Eorpach”, agus an Stát Príosúin. Tugaimid cuireadh do gach dhuine ar fud an domhain chun teacht le chéile i mBaile Átha Cliath, chun taispeáint a chur ar “na Taoisigh” go bhfuil a plean mar an Eorap an-olc, leis an lucht airgid is cumasach, agus troidfimíd in aghaidh é seo. Úsáidfimid an deireadh seachtaine chun solas a chur ar faidhbeanna an phobal sa tír seo, atá ceangailte le na faidhbeanna domhanda a dhéanann an caipitleachas.

gaeilgeoir mé atá i mo chónaí i mBaile Átha Cliath. táim bainteach leis an ngluaiseacht frith-caipitealach, frith-cogaíochta, frith-míleata, is irl. ar ndóidh beidh mé ag eagrú do Bhealtaine ar aon nós, ach toisc go mbeifeá buíoch as cabhair aistriúcháin, bheadh suim agam a bheith bainteach leis an bhfeachtas trí mheán na Gaeilge.

má tá roinnt cabhrach fós uait, nó cruinnithe nó gníomhachtaí á n-eagrú, is féidir dul i dteangmháil liom tríd an ríomh-phost.

Agus ar an amadán a ghlan amach mo chéad tcht.

Ní fiú tráithnín daoibh dul i gcoinne toil phobail na hÉireann. Is le Meiriceá atá muintir na tíre seo agus is fuath linn cumannaigh agus bithiúnaí amhail sibhse.

Níl splac céille agaibh, níl taithí ar an saoil agaibh, níl cúis agaibh.

Nár éirí sé libh go deo.

*Don Stailíneach a ghlan amach mo chéad tcht :

Ní hionadh é nach bhfuil meas madaidh ag na daoine oraibh agus sibh ag iarraidh an dallóg a chur orthu le bolscaireacht cummanach. Cosc ar caint saor, sin comhartha an chumannaigh.
