Socratic Dialog Between ChatGPT-5 and Mind Agent Reveals Fatal and Deliberate 'Design by Construction' Flaw
This design flaw in ChatGPT-5's default epistemic mode subverts what the much touted ChatGPT-5 can do... so long as the flaw is not tickled, any usage should be fine---The epistemological question is: how would anyone in the public, includes you reading this (since no one is all knowing), in an unfamiliar domain know whether or not the flaw has been tickled when seeking information or understanding of a domain without prior knowledge of that domain???!

This analysis is a pretty unique and significant contribution to the space of empirical evaluation of LLMs that exist in AI public world... at least thus far, as far as I am aware! For what it's worth--as if anyone in the ChatGPT universe cares as they pile up on using the "PhD level scholar in your pocket".

According to GPT-5, and according to my tests, this flaw exists in all LLMs... What is revealing is the deduction GPT-5 made: Why ?design choice? starts looking like ?deliberate flaw?.

People are paying $200 a month to not just ChatGPT, but all major LLMs have similar Pro pricing! I bet they, like the normal user of free ChatGPT, stay in LLM's default mode where the flaw manifests itself. As it did in this evaluation.

Evaluating Semantic Reasoning Capability of AI Chatbot on Ontologically Deep Abstract (bias neutral) Thought
I have been evaluating AI Chatbot agents for their epistemic limits over the past two months, and have tested all major AI Agents, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Perplexity, and DeepSeek, for their epistemic limits and their negative impact as information gate-keepers.... Today I decided to test for how AI could be the boon for humanity in other positive areas, such as in completely abstract realms, such as metaphysical thought. Meaning, I wanted to test the LLMs for Positives beyond what most researchers benchmark these for, or have expressed in the approx. 2500 Turing tests in Humanity?s Last Exam.. And I chose as my first candidate, Google DeepMind's Gemini as I had not evaluated it before on anything.

offsite link Israeli Human Rights Group B'Tselem finally Admits It is Genocide releasing Our Genocide report Fri Aug 01, 2025 23:54 | 1 of indy
We have all known it for over 2 years that it is a genocide in Gaza
Israeli human rights group B'Tselem has finally admitted what everyone else outside Israel has known for two years is that the Israeli state is carrying out a genocide in Gaza

Western governments like the USA are complicit in it as they have been supplying the huge bombs and missiles used by Israel and dropped on innocent civilians in Gaza. One phone call from the USA regime could have ended it at any point. However many other countries are complicity with their tacit approval and neighboring Arab countries have been pretty spinless too in their support

With the release of this report titled: Our Genocide -there is a good chance this will make it okay for more people within Israel itself to speak out and do something about it despite the fact that many there are actually in support of the Gaza

THIS STORY IS UNVERIFIED BUT PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO OR READ THE TRANSCRIPT AS IT GIVES AN VERY GOOD IDEA OF WHAT A CASHLESS SOCIETY WILL LOOK LIKE. And it ain't pretty

A single video report has come out of China claiming China's biggest cities are now cashless, not by choice, but by force. The report goes on to claim ATMs have gone dark, vaults are being emptied. And overnight (July 20 into 21), the digital yuan is the only currency allowed.

DE ROSSA CONDEMNS GOVT'S BLOCKING OF EU 'TEMPS' DIRECTIVE

Irish Government prevents adotption of E.U. measures to protect Temporary Agency Workers

DE ROSSA CONDEMNS GOVT'S BLOCKING OF EU 'TEMPS' DIRECTIVE

Labour MEP Proinsias De Rossa has attacked the Government's blocking of new EU legislation designed to protect the rights of up to 100,000 temporary agency workers ('temps') in Ireland.

Mr De Rossa pointed out that at a meeting in Brussels yesterday, junior Minister Frank Fahey combined with his ministerial colleagues from Britain, Germany and Denmark to form a blocking minority under the Council's qualified majority voting rules and prevented the adoption of a unified stance in favour of the Temporary Agency Workers Directive, which is supported by the 11 other Member States and by the European Parliament and the Commission.

Frank Fahey is quoted in today's media as saying that the current situation "suits industry" and that "flexibility suits many people". It should be pointed out that in May 2002 an EU study concluded that there were "no provisions" under Irish law guaranteeing equal treatment for temps vis-ŕ-vis other workers and that Irish temps were afforded "relatively little legal protection.

"I deeply regret that Ireland and the other three Member States blocked this Directive yesterday. It is urgently needed and should be placed on the agenda of the forthcoming Thessaloniki summit of EU Government leaders on 20-21 June, where an agreement should be reached." said De Rossa

How dare the LAbour Party and DeRossa preach about defending rights of immigrant workers. The Labour Party who control much of the Union bureacracies have done absolutly nothing in combatting racism in the workplace or the scapegoating of immigrants. If the Labour Party were serious they would have the unions lead an anti racist campaign in the workplaces calling for increased services for all and link it to a wider struggle against this governemnt.

But of course they will not do this, the Labour Party are a capitalist party. To mobilise workers in any way will threaten the positions and privilages of the union bureacrats as well as pose the question in the minds of workers of building serious opposition to the right wing dail parties outside of the Labour Party

I have been in Donegal from 1992 to 95 and had a house there. Last year I have been back with my two kids and registered them in the school in Donegal, then I want on and got back to pick up their mother in Thailand. We applied for a visa to stay in Ireland. We waited 6 months in the 'European Union', Spain, France, Germany to going 'home' to Ireland. My kids has not been in the school during this time and after 6 months we received a letter from the Irish Foreign Ministry that the visa has been denied without any reason, no details, all we could do is to write again to Ireland and ask for details.....
This is Ireland 2003! This are the Irish Government 2003. They don't care a shit unless you are big Bank Director from a Offshore Bank who want to settle down. Let me tell you one thing there in Ireland, the Irish today this 'new rich bourgoisie class' are much more British then the British in Windsor. The Irish and Irland has forgotten their past and has become a horse riding polo playing nation with the EU flag on their head, and a Windsor flag in the hearth. This is Ireland today. I don't care a shit because now we have a home in France, but for my kids it has been a chock, loving and enjoying Donegal for weeks , then awaiting the visa to go back and see their school friend, and then the visa refusal for a woman married with children from the EU. Irland has agreed on the Euro, and they did well if you look at the constructions build with the help of the EU, but the rest is in in Windsor. Being a better British then the 'Brits' that what all really think.

Why will the Labour Party not call for and build mass non payment of the bin tax? You are always saying that you oppose the bin tax so why don't you?

IM afraid you have it worng comrade.

Labour have no beurocratic power in the Unions. Labour is affiliated to some unions, and to ICTU. LAbour cannot make their campaigns for them, and Labour do not control the unions. Besides, SIPTU and ICTU have run campaigns against racism in the workplace. As have Labour.

Why not complain to the Union officials that are members of SF, SP, SWP, and those independant of any party, instead of bitching about Labour, just because they are not Trotskyist. I have news for you "DeRossa exposer".

The Unions are not Trotskyist, and the working class vote Fianna Fail.

How will real change ever happen when the so called activists in this country spend all their time bitching about each other, when they should be working together, to end this government and bring real social justice for working people.

Now let me see, what parties are in power in Britain and Germany, those other reactionaries who blocked these workers rights? Oh now I remember, Labour and the Social Democrats!

Are'nt these two parties members of the Socialist International along with the Irish Labour Party? Are'nt they also all members of the Party of European Socialists group in the European Parliament?

Perhaps Proinsias could lean over and have a word in the ear of his fellow PES MEPs from Britain and Germany about this issue.

But wait a minute, did the Irish Labour Party use its position in these forums to challenge Blairs involvement in the war on Iraq? Not a chance.

So Cathy, before you send out another Press Release from the ex-Dear Leader check to for the inconsistency factor. And remember Paddy knows all his old comrades tricks from their Pyongyang days.
