The ?10.5 billion cost of compensation for Waspi women ? which Labour has said it is now considering paying out afresh ? would wipe out the money raised by a 1p income tax rise, figures show.

The BBC obviously leans heavily Left, says one former staff member, writing anonymously in the Daily Sceptic. But to the people who work there, their right-on views are just the 'normal' and 'objective' way to think.

Women are being told it's "uncool" and "Republican" to have a boyfriend, with some even cropping out their partners' heads on holiday snaps. This is not going to help the birth rate or women's happiness, says Joanna Gray.

offsite link A BBC Reckoning for the Covid Lockdowns is Overdue Wed Nov 12, 2025 11:26 | Will Jones
Trust in the BBC has been collapsing for years. For many, it finally died during Covid when the national broadcaster took on the role of chief cheerleader for the lockdowns, no dissent allowed. A reckoning is long overdue.

éirígí anti-Windsor Protest - Garden of Remembrance

category dublin | rights, freedoms and repression | event notice author Monday May 16, 2011 00:01author by éirígí PRO - éirígí Report this post to the editors

On the afternoon of Tuesday May 17th Elizabeth Windsor is due to lay a wreath in the Garden of Remembrance on Dublin's Parnell Square.

Join with éirígí at 1pm on May 17th for an alternative wreath-laying ceremony in memory of Ireland's patriot dead at No 16 Moore Street. After the wreath-laying the protest will move as close as possible to the Garden of Remembrance. All welcome. Remember to bring the noise - whistles, fog-horns, bin lids, drums - anything that can make a racket! The 10,000 cops might be able to prevent Windsor from seeing any protests but they can't prevent her from hearing them.

The IRB ( Irish Republican Brotherhood) bought Vaughan's Hotel in 29 Parnell Square in 1917 and moved their H.Q. there from London. It overlooks the Garden of rememberence which was purposely constructed for those who died in the War of Independence.

Today, the IRB are being denied their Sovereign right to lay a wreath in honour of those who gave their lives for the freedom of this Country. Instead, a British Royal is given that right.

Why?

Enda Kenny (and his grandmother Mary) were full of the symbolism of today's proceedings. They were right. A Royal cavalcade driving

through empty streets while the people of this country are subjected to body searches on O Connell street and then sent home down

sidestreets and backstreets is pretty symbolic, alll right. The people in hoods who challenged this atrocity are being pilloried and

criticised for their actions on the streets of Dublin which have upset the british. The last people who received this type of criticism were

the men and women who rose up in 1916 and were spat at as they were finally removed from the GPO. In a couple of years' time,

Pearse, Connolly et al. will be lauded far and wide by the very shower of arselickers who prostrated themselves in front of the Head of

the british army today. This country has lost everything about it that was meaningful.

Some questions....

if hundreds of protesters were throwing bricks and rocks at unarmed gardai and being all violent as "described" in that toilet roll posing as a newspaper "The Irish Times" then how come despite all this evil violence everywhere, not ONE person was injured, either garda or protester.

Question: how do we know whether anonymous hoax bomb threats were phoned in by MI6 or republicans
Answer: we don't
Question: who would a bomb hoax benefit most?
Answer: those who wish to discredit valid protest.

Was anyone as sickened as I was to see the treasonous Bertie Ahern Slither out from under his rock to grab some of the limelight today? Ugh!
