Text of Nationalist residents groups' submission to the Northern Ireland Assembly working party on parading issues. Acting on concerns about comments attributed to the First Minister, Peter Robinson, and Deputy First Minister, Martin McGuinness, indicating that the report and proposals of the working group established under the Hillsborough Agreement may not be put into the public domain, the Garvaghy Road Residents Coalition and the Lower Ormeau Concerned Community have published their joint submission to the working group. |
