British doctors working in Gaza have described the territory as a ?slaughterhouse,? where the patients they are treating are severely malnourished.

It might be useful to add this attachment to letters going to above. Asked Von Oord to cease work as they are abetting this Shell human incinerator until the issue is resolved.

Just e mailed Van Oord Holland expressing serious concerns re behaviour of IRMS security on their vessel and also asking them to suspend all work until land based issues are resolved with the consent of the receiving community.
