FoI release of ethnic and religious minority employment experience at Kingston University Freedom of Information legislation is exposing the experience of religious and ethnic employment grievances and appeals across university employment. Kingston University maintains that it only holds records for these items dating back to 2005.
Items 7-9 cover the period since 1998, as stated in this article.
The following spreadsheet is a year by year statistical summary of reasons for leaving the University from 2003-2008, including dismissals, resignations, retirements, etc.
Note that since 2005 there have been 11 dismissals.
The University reports that 36% of these dismissals were of members of religious/racial/ethnic minorities. 18% were of non-British born individuals.
