This 'Setanta' person has an agenda.
If you were a victim of abuse in any residential instution do not give 'Setanta' any information about your case. In September he posted confidential information on the UK Indymedia site, giving the names and case numbers of three people who had made complaints against him to the Residential Instutions Redress Board. This is clearly in breach of legislation pertaining to the current scheme.
In January 2007 he made serious allegations of professional incompetence.
Abuse victims, and anyone involved with the Residential Instutions Redress Board, please note.

I am glad you are having a meeting in Wicklow concerning solicitors who engage in the Arthur Daly, Croydon techniques. Sell a perfect car and when it breaks down, they just say, you bought it is your problem. This is called self-regulation.
