This was my first time at an action day/protest in the Shell To Sea struggle and I must say, I was very impressed with the determination and spirit shown, especially by the locals.
It's now seven years since they started their struggle and it looks like it will carry on into the next generation at least, of the local communities concerned.

This has to go down in Irish history as the greatest working class struggle for rights since the 1913 lock-out.
