éirígí Campaign Update As part of its ongoing campaign for the nationalisation of Ireland’s natural resources éirígí have produced 50,000 information leaflets. To date over 35,000 leaflets have been distributed to homes across Dublin. The leaflet which features a mock Bord Gáis bill seeks to highlight a number of issues including: |

Jump To Comment: 1 2 3 4Got the leaflet through the door a couple of weeks back. Intially thought it was actually from Bord Gas which made me pick it up and read it - clever.
Just took a look at the natural resource section on the eirigi website. Very comprehensive. Linking the oil and gas giveaway to higher fuel bills and ultimately to fuel poverty. Also some good information on the size and location of the oil and gas fields off Ireland.
Thanks for your creative efforts in highlighting this travesty and helping people to join the dots. Good work!
This is a hugely important struggle against forces who show nothing but contempt for the people of Ireland. I like the leaflet and thought the occupation on tuesday was good to see. The problem is where to from here. The level of understanding and anger about how we are being ripped off seems to be minimal. The deliberate mis-information by the state and corporate sector has done great damage. Apathy seems to be the order of the day. I don't want to sound to pessimistic. Well done on the leaflet and actions to date.
