British and US plan Iraq withdrawal

category international | anti-war / imperialism | news report author Sunday July 10, 2005 16:42author by Hilaal Report this post to the editors

Leaked Ministry of Defence document tells of “prudent planning”

A memo attributed to British Defence Minister John Reid states that the UK is to reduce it's troops from 8,500 to 3,000 by this time next year.

The memo, printed in todays Daily Mail, also states that the US is to reduce it's occupation forces from 140,000 to 66,000 in the same period. Reid says in the memo that this is not as yet a definite plan but that it comprises “prudent planning”. While it is only one of the plans the UK have been working on over recent months it is however the only one they chose to leak, through one of it's mouthpieces, The Daily Mail, in the aftermath of the London Explosions. Standard behaviour to soften public opinion towards accepting a swift about-face manoever, such as the withdrawal of troops in the face of defeat and powerlessness as opposed to when they had installed a pro-British government, as they said they would.

The report goes on to point out the obvious, which is, that other nations such as Australia and Japan will not remain in Iraq when the main Criminal Armies run away. So, in effect this is a mooting of a full withdrawal of occupation forces from Iraq.

Following Fridays announcement by Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi at Gleneagles that Italy is to withdraw it's troops from Iraq starting with 300 in September, one can hardly doubt the effect of the London Explosions on the foreign policy of the Criminal Nations of the Coalition.

The attack on London was not designed to change the “British way of life” as their media and brainwashing services “defiantly” claim. It was designed to it make painfully clear that occupation in Iraq and the killing of Innocent people in Iraq equals bombs and killing in the nations who carry out such despicable atrocities. This message now seems to have taken hold, i.e. following Bushs disasterous foreign policy is not a smart move for Blair or the British people.

It is hardly a new conclusion as many intelligence commentators before the illegal invasion predicted that this would be the result. Bin Laden himself said, “if they bomb us we will bomb them”. The only people who were saying they could control the situation were the same people who were saying there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, the Intelligence Services. These clowns have now been exposed for what they are, an inept bunch of stalkers and telephone tappers with their own agenda to serve the political elite and corporate moguls regardless of the common good of the public.

imagine you were a migrant for a moment on the telephone for your weekly fifteen minutes chat with the folks, "hi I love you", "money is the in the post", "any more little ones", "yes it was terrible", "yes i'm ok", "yes they're going to leave iraq".

Shake and see. hilal. shake and see.

The british are told they're leaving. are they?
the spanish are told the culprits also did Madrid 11 and casablanca and are morrocans.
the italians are arguing about whether or not 300 going means anything.
the irish are told there are 10 evildoers in the state.

Now Hilal, if you got to go through the gigabytes and gigabytes of telephone calls would you be able to distinguish fact from fiction, genuine emotion from faked, a code word from a pun, sincere political belief be it angry or frustrated, heck Hilal would you be able to tell the difference between moroccan arabic and afghanistani urdu?
Or is "Al Q" all the same for you? just gunning to get the coalition out of iraq? Then they be nice to all the people who live in iraq?

shake and see.

It took a democratic revindication and new government and several months for the spanish government to withdraw its forces on the grounds that the war on Iraq had been illegal, and then send those same forces with extra added on to Afghanistan to fulfill several UN resolutions and join operation ISAF. Think about "your way of life".
its not a political slogan, its not an advertising jingle, it means something.
It might mean, gay marriage and nudist beaches in spain with 6 abortions a hour.
It might not mean, 56% unemployment in northern africa where 40% of the male population are under 30 and most are illiterate but all have access to simple weapons training.

shake and see.

When the British leave Iraq, the war in iraq will not end. We protested the war, to stop it happening.
It has happened now, Hilal over 2 years ago.

And since the bombings of London that got you so excited, 140,000 children have died from poverty.

Why do you keep saying 'shake and see'? It is meaningless.
On the subject of getting your Brits out... they'll all be next door in Iran, probably.

play your bit. All the usual suspects, that is the usual religion are being shook. And now many in London are (still in a clear psychological post-trauma process) saying "iraq is the reason" you're in denial if you can't see that"! Ok-. Shake the British government-

U.S. May Begin Iraq Troop Drawdown in '06
http://apnews.myway.com/article/20050711/D8B9ECKG0.html
Major reductions in U.S. troop levels in Iraq next year appear increasingly likely, although Pentagon officials said Monday it is too early to predict the specific size and timing.

The Pentagon is eager to pull some of its 135,000 troops out of Iraq in 2006, partly because the counterinsurgency is stretching the Army and Marine Corps perilously thin as casualties mount and partly because officials believe the presence of a large U.S. force is generating tacit support for anti-American violence.

As predicted the Corporate Mass Media is already screaming Dirty Arab and Fearmongering is once again on the Front Pages of every Newstand and the Headlines of TV News Stations. Downing Street Memo seems to have disappeared doesn't it? And Bush and Blair the War Liars who Fabricated the Iraq War Lies are once again Beating The War Drums as Predicted. So who benefits from the London Bombings? Muslims, who will once again live in Fear of Religious Bigotry? Or The Bush Iran-Contra Cabal and Their Multi-Trillion Dollar War Industry?

BAGHDAD (AFP) - Radicals within
Iraq's Shiite majority community launched a petition for the withdrawal of US-led troops, which they said was drawing support from across the sectarian divide.

Supporters of firebrand cleric Moqtada Sadr, who led a bloody six-month uprising against the coalition last year, said they were aiming to secure one million signatures inside four days.

"We started this morning and so far we have had a good response, not only from Shiites -- Sunnis and Christians have also been coming to our office to show their support," said Ibrahim al-Jaberi, an official in Sadr's movement.

"We have also received more than 100 calls from Iraqis living abroad in support of our initiative," he said, adding that more than 400,000 people had signed the petition by midday (0800 GMT).

The petition, which Jaberi said would be submitted to the Iraqi government and
United Nations, reads: "I hereby declare my rejection of the forces of occupation and demand their withdrawal".

In the radicals' Baghdad stronghold of Sadr City, Zayer Lafta refused a pen, insisting on applying his bloodied thumb to the petition sheet.

"I will sign with my blood, because the country is awash with blood," the 44-year-old said.
