Elected Official Demoted...for smoking in a bar.

category national | crime and justice | news report author Friday April 02, 2004 10:23author by Watchdog Report this post to the editors

Do we dislike 'smokers" so much that we tolerate such injustice?

This is an ELECTED official...removed from his earned position...for 'smoking'?! "Smoking" is being made, like the apple in Eden, a Test of Obedience, intentionally with little or no REASON otherwise. If it made intuitive, obvious sense, like laws against robbery and mahem, the test wouldn't work.
One thing is..no one has DEFINED "smoking'" to account for any indusrial, harmful, non-tobacco adulterants.
Maybe Mr. Deasy will express interest.
