Sentenced to six years 7 of the 28 Basque youth tried in December
The National Court has sentenced to six years in prison to seven of the 28 young court in December on charges of "membership of an armed band", according to legal sources NAIZ.INFO has known. Seven of the 28 basque pro independence young tried in December in the Spanish National Court, have been sentenced to six years in prison . Those convicted are: Ibon Stephen Moran Xabat , Aiala Zaldibar , Bergoi Madernaz , Igarki Robles, Marina Sagastizabal and Ainhoa Villaverde.
The National Court has sentenced to six years in prison to seven of the 28 young court in December on charges of "membership of an armed band", according to legal sources NAIZ has known. Those convicted are: Ibon Stephen Moran Xabat, Aiala Zaldibar, Bergoi Madernaz, Igarki Robles, Marina Sagastizabal and Ainhoa Villaverde.
Three of them have already been arrested. Xabat Moran was arrested around 14.00 in the Somera street in Bilbo, according Uriola.info, citing witnesses. They have also been arrested Bergoi Madernaz and Ainhoa Villaverde in Gasteiz.
Those convicted are part of the group of 28 pro independence young who were tried in the Spanish National Court last December in another macro trial on charges of belonging to Segi. Finally, the prosecution dropped charges against 12 of them. Another nine have learned today that have been acquitted: Xabier Arina, Ander Maeztu, Garazi Author, Ohiana Lopez, Imanol Salinas, Eneko Villegas, Julen Zuaznabar Ruben Villa and Xabier Bidaurre.
The regional police has come to the home of Aiala Zaldibar, as has spread in social networks. However, they have not found at home.
