I was never so glad as the day I quit drinking. Almost 20 years now. Alcohol is poison and destructive to the body. Worse, it lines the pockets of the rack renters. Come on Ireland. Awaken. The world fears that. Believe it. Marijuana is one of the most powerful expectorants known. It is a pain reliever, a euphoric, an appetite enhancer, and enhancer of certain other states of thinking and cognition familiar to its users, and very useful. Let us have some real Irish Green. read full story / add a comment ![]()

To mark the 5th anniversary of the International Court of Justice ruling on July 9th 2004 that Israel's Apartheid Wall was illegal and must be torn down, last Saturday, July 4th, Galway activists took to the streets to illuminate the reprehensible fact that the so called "international community" is still turning the blind eye to this egregious crime: Israel continues to construct this obscenity while The UN has taken no action to implement the ICJ decision and. with the exception of a few principled governments, states have put no pressure or sanctions, the EU continues to grant Israel trading privileges in violation of the ICJ's call on third states "not to recognise the illegal situation resulting from the construction of the wall" nor "to render aid or assistance in maintaining the situation brought about by such construction." International business, as is its wont, continues to finance and provide material support to the Wall and settlements. read full story / add a comment ![]()

This afternoon seven Shell to Sea activists in kayaks visited the Toisa Independent, which supplies pipe to the Solitaire, a vessel used by Shell to lay the Corrib gas pipeline. The Solitaire, which left Broadhaven Bay (1) yesterday after laying the first section of pipe for the project, has been the target of several actions recently in the continual campaign against Shell. (2) Despite Shell's increasingly heavy handed response to protests, Shell to Sea activist's have continued their fight. (3) read full story / add a comment ![]()

Well, well, the wife of the upcoming MI6”boss” really respects the democratic ideas and open public admin! Its unusual to se the wife of such a “civil servant” reveals that kind of info. And the Facebook uploading of the private photos of Lady Shelley Saw-ers of her family, her husband etc. is it a kind of revenge on her side? read full story / add a comment ![]()
