This story is being reposted in full because it points out that there is probably a sinister agenda being used by the US government behind the sudden and rapid rise of the Floyd protests around the world by the way they are heavily promoted and encourage in the MSN media whereas in the past they always ignore, underplay or discredit anything progressive like anti-war protests, poverty issues etc. The death of George Floyd is just one of many unjustified murders of black people by the US state. This is not a recent problem and goes back to some degree to the 1960s when black people rose up against injustice in the days of Martin Luther King. At that time the Black Panthers arose and many others and the movement had swung to the Left which scared the establishment. A decision was taken by the establishment to criminalize all blacks and that is what they did. The first step was to launch the FBI CoIntelPro operation against the black panthers and other groups by creating divisions, rumours, instigating gang warfare, outright murder by the state and very long term prison sentences for people in the movement using trumped up charges. The next step which really kicked in during the Reagan years was to massively increase the prison population so much so that today most black men in the USA between the ages of 20 and 30 have been imprisoned basically for little reason. At the same time throughout the 1970s and 1980s the CIA ran drug running into the inner cities as brilliantly exposed by Gary Webb who proved in court the CIA fuelled the crack epidemic. The purpose was to smash black communities. Again largely successful. So here we are today and once again the trauma of what has happened is being used for other sinister plans against the population as a whole. It is in this context that the piece below should be read. ... read full story / add a comment ![]()

Story on Zero Hedge gets it right.... How does one define an economic “reopening”? I think most people would say that a reopening means that everything goes back to the way it was before the crisis; or at least as close as possible. Most people would also say that a reopening is something that will last. Simply declaring “America has reopened” while keeping many restrictions in place in certain parts of the country is a bit of a farce. And, reopening with the intention of implementing lockdowns again in a matter of weeks without explaining the situation to the public is a scam of the highest order ... read full story / add a comment ![]()

This is a repost of a story covering the video of the two brave doctors from California explaining how the lockdown is not necessary. The video was banned on YouTube but was then put up on Vimeo but has not been banned from there too. Dr. Daniel W. Erickson of Bakersfield, California, is a former emergency-room physician who co-owns, with his partner Dr. Artin Massih, Accelerated Urgent Care in Bakersfield. They are experienced medical professionals who have 40 years of hands-on experience in dealing with viruses and respiratory infections. Watching the news in China in January, they knew the virus was on its way. They ordered many COVID-19 tests because they knew they would need them. They tested many thousands of people, and discovered for themselves what epidemiologists around the world are saying: COVID-19 came here earlier than previously believed, is more ubiquitous, and ultimately for the general population less deadly than we thought. ... read full story / add a comment ![]()
Covid Doomsday Cult Said Sweden Would Be Drowning in Bodies. It’s Doing Better Than Lockdown Britain

Sweden has not locked down and is getting through the Covid epidemic. The globalists through their proxy WHO are screaming out Sweden to go into lockdown immediately. They are using the media owned by the billionaire class to pressurize the government to buckle and follow the path everyone else followed. The end goal of the world wide lockdown is to completely crash the economy. It is time for people to stand up and stopping being obedient sheep and starting barking like dogs. Here is the report covering how life continues as pretty much normal in Sweden So far as I am aware, Sweden remains the only major Western country that has not imposed a strict lockdown on its citizens to deal with the Covid-19 outbreak. Other than a ban on gatherings of 50 or more people, and advice such as over-70s being urged to stay at home, Swedish schools, shops, restaurants and pubs all remain open. It almost seems to me that the Government there has decided to treat grown adults like they are … well grown adults. ... read full story / add a comment ![]()

The relentless campaign by the US and UK government to silence and torture Julian Assange for the so-called crime of exposing their murderous crimes in Iraq and elsewhere, continues with the first day of the extradition hearing where they plan to stitch him up and send him to the US where they will put him away for the rest of his life. The farce is that he is being held in prison for breaking bail on another trumped up charge from almost a decade ago and which has long since been dismissed. This is purely a political show trial and a warning to real journalists to shut up and do not dare report on the crimes of the elite and powerful. ... read full story / add a comment ![]()

The British state is slowly killing Julian Assange. They want him to die so as to send a message to anyone else who dares make public the crimes of governments like the US and the UK who have bombed countless countries, murdering hundreds of thousands of people in the process and which in fact has gone a long way to contributing to the waves of immigrants risking their lives to get into Europe. The World Socialist WebSite has produced a report on the situation so far. More than 65 eminent medical doctors from the UK and around the world have issued an open letter calling for urgent action to protect the life of imprisoned WikiLeaks founder and journalist Julian Assange. The doctors warn there may be serious consequences if Assange is not moved from Belmarsh Prison to a university teaching hospital where he can be assessed and treated by an expert medical team. ... read full story / add a comment ![]()

The Editor of Grayzone, Max Blumenthal was arrested over a week ago in Washington DC and was shackled by his hands and ankles for over five hours in one a cage along with other inmates over the weekend. His crime? To report from outside the Venezuelan embassy in Washington DC last May and to burst the US media bubble on how things really were in Venezuela after the US tried to organise a coup against the elected leader Maduro and install their own puppet who would sell out the country to vulture capitalists. What a surprise there was nothing about this in the mainstream media. If the same thing had happened in Venezuela there would have been widespread condemnation in the pro-coup mainstream media. The World Socialist website carried a report on it yesterday. ... read full story / add a comment ![]()

This article by Manlio Dinucci on the website VoltaireNet.org reminds us of the carnage brought fought by the US and of it's barbaric underpinnings and they are not just of the most recent election cycles. It’s a fact, not an analysis, not even an opinion – the « free and open international order» promoted since 1945 by the United States has cost the lives of 20 to 30 million people throughout the world. No President, whoever he may be, has managed to slow the rhythm of this killing machine. ... read full story / add a comment ![]()

This essay was written by Manuel Garcia, Jr under creative commons license and is republished here as it's message needs wider circulation. Climate change action would kill imperialism, and that is why we can’t have it in America. American political power is based on fossil fuels, and the US military is the engine that consumes those fuels to produce that power. So long as there is an American political elite that craves lucrative personal prestige and the ability to dominate internationally, the US economy will be fossil-fueled capitalism that maintains the military colossus that enables and protects those elite ambitions. ... read full story / add a comment ![]()

This interesting piece from Thierry Meyssan outlines the real plan behind the recent positive news about Rojava. It seems the empire has been selling the story of a wonderful democratic paradise about to be setup in Rojava when in fact the whole thing is a cover for the empire and once again shows how the Left have been used and subverted to promote their plans. The discussion in France on where the French jihadists captured in Syria would be judged, is a clear example of a false debate. It is animated by a television presenter and journalist that hide their links to their listeners. The issue of where jihadists of French nationality will be tried is in fact intended to lay the groundwork for getting rid of those that can testify to France’s military role against Syria. Hoping that its allies accept it, France is preparing to recognize a pseudo State, under the name “Rojava”, following the model used in “Kosovo”. ... read full story / add a comment ![]()

This is a repost of an recent article (Dec 1st) by economic analyst and trade unionist Michael Taft on www.tasc.ie covering the good news trend where there is now a trend in Europe of reversing privatisations. And that is certainly something positive.
There is a spectre haunting Europe – the spectre of de-privatisation, re-municipalisation, and re-nationalisation. Local, regional and national Governments throughout Europe and in other countries - fed up with high costs, low investment, deteriorating quality and poor working conditions – are taking services back into public control and ownership. For many, privatisation has produced poor results; now they are starting to reverse that process. Public ownership is back on the agenda. ... read full story / add a comment ![]()

In remembrance of 9/11 we are reproducing this important article from the Land Destroyer Report -Indymedia Ireland The attacks of September 11, 2001 (9/11) left nearly 3,000 dead in NYC, Washington D.C. and over Pennsylvania. The attacks transformed America into a deepening police state at home and a nation perpetually at war abroad. The official narrative claims that 19 hijackers representing Al Qaeda took over 4 commercial aircraft to carry out attacks on New York City's World Trade Center and the Pentagon in Washington D.C. The event served as impetus for the invasion and occupation of Afghanistan which continues to present day. It also led directly to the invasion and occupation of Iraq. Attempts to cite the attack to precipitate a war with Iran and other members of the so-called "Axis of Evil" (Libya, Syria, North Korea, and Cuba) have also been made. ... read full story / add a comment ![]()

This article which appeared in the Southern Star was reposted by Shell To Sea and is now reposted by Indymedia because it recounts the plunder of our fishing resources by foreign countries and how just like our Oil and Gas resources, these were given away by our own politicians. These politicians are the direct ideological descendants of the right wing counter-revolutionaries who completely over turned the ideals of 1916 and have ruled this country ever since. This whole area of how our fishing resources have been taken away from us needs to be highlighted more and a campaign is needed to take back this resource and ensure it is managed sustainably. ... read full story / add a comment |
