3rd Sunday of each month @ THE CO-OP 11.00 – 17.00
Second-hand, refurbished, antique and hand-crafted stuff for the house, kitchen and garden. Bargains, freebies, café, good wholesome food and chilled out tunes all under the one roof. Sunday the 18th of October 2009, from eleven till five pm, see’s the first outing of the Newmarket Brocante at THE CO-OP, Newmarket, Dublin 8.
The French know the deal. Here’s our version: one day, each month, different traders, good vibes, buying and selling, surprise finds and best-price bargains. We’re just borrowing the term and showing that we can put our own spin on it.
The Newmarket Brocanteurs have made a space for Dubliners to enjoy market trading in all the stuff you want, need, don’t want and don’t need for the house, kitchen and garden. There’ll be second hand furniture, craft-made kitchen wear, things from the garden shed, antiques for the living room and re-furbished items for the bedroom.a
You’ll also find chilled out tunes, good food, cheerful coffees, The Dublin Food
Co-op’s store, and bargains galore. Everything you’d expect from the home of The Dublin Flea Market and The Crafty Market at THE CO-OP.
If you need to clear some household excess, or you enjoy haggling for a bargain, then you wanna be a Brocanteur.
The Newmarket Brocante is the third Sunday of each month at THE CO-OP, near St Patrick’s Cathedral in Dublin 8.
