I am looking for a feminist group to campaign with against Lisbon mark 2. I met a woman named June who had some very interesting information from one of the all too frequent previous EU referenda, 1 but I lost contact with her. I used some of the Libertas, Peoples movement and Cuac and Sinn Fein leaflets during LIsbon 1 but this time I am going to concentrate on feminist material only.

The connections with the Banking crises and thinking behind Lisbon

Lot's more people should get involved there is still a lot to do.

The single most effective thing that the Irish people can do to position Ireland for recovery over the next 2 - 4 years is to reject the Lisbon Treaty. Retain whatever independence we have in the economic sphere, however little.
If we accept Lisbon then we create a production line homogenous European policy that will leave us on the fringes of recovery for 5 - 10 years.
Reject Lisbon and retain the option to pressure our own government to get us out of this mess.
