![]() Yesterday a student of general "leftiness" tried to squeeze a ranting bit of information & polemic into a question being put to US senator John Kerry during a student debate in Florida University. Nothing he said was particularly revolutionary despite his obvious passion. He affirmed the belief that Greg Pallast is a good bloke, Kerry had really won the 2004 election, GW Bush gets blowjobs, 911 is upsetting and then just as the good senator had asked him to get to the point and ask the question, the young man uttered the word "impeachment" & then got carried to the back of the room and tasered by the university security guards.the website of Taser international offers a t-shirt with the slogan "so...... you weren't doing anything - let's go to the video!". That's exactly where we going dear readers. There have been numerous taser incidents in the USA and almost all of them (as this incident did) prompt video internet coverage. But this one is sort of cool in that it also prompted a response & press statement from John Kerry which his office has put out for the benfit of US news interest types who probably aren't going to see the whole video or pay attention to the ranting polemic. |
