Ógra help launch Sinn Féin's All Ireland Road Safety Policy

category national | miscellaneous | press release author Friday August 03, 2007 13:32author by Road Safety - Ógra Shinn Féinauthor email osfnational at yahoo dot ie Report this post to the editors

An deireadh seachtain seo beidh Ógra Shinn Féin ag cur tús le feachtas náisiúnta úrnua ag díriú ar sláinteachas bóithre. I ndiadh daoine ag cur lámh ina bhás féin sé timpistí bóithre an cúis báis is mó idir an t-aos óg. Is uafásach an scéal seo i sochaí an lae inniu, scéal atáimid ag iarraidh a athrú gaus sinn ag cur tús leis an bhfeachtas seo.

This weekend ÓSF will be launching a new national campaign which will focus on Road Safety. After suicide, an issue campaigned on in the past, road fatalities, are the biggest killer of young people in Ireland . This level of carnage is an unnecessary truism of today’s society, one which Ógra endeavour to change by undertaking this campaign.

of these rather silly notions by OSF. Come on guys - in all honesty - there is bugger all difference between a 26 county campaign against raod deaths and an all-ireland campaign - other than the opportunity for some rather dubious publicity.

Drugs and those who make money selling them to young people are the biggest problem facing our young people. What have SF done to remove this scourge from our areas......Talk the same as the SDLP have done over the years. SF are good at talking thats it. They have abandoned the people to the scum while they pose with Paisley or open motorways.
Wise up Ogra and do something useful

Ógra are part of the Republican Movement, it is the Republican Movement who have continually stood with communities the lenght and breadth of the country in facing down drug pushers.

In terms of the Road Safety Campaign - excellent comrades - maith thu! Keep up the great work.

Sinn Fein have told the people to place all their trust in the PSNI when it comes to the scum who are torturing, burning, beating, raping and robbing a once proud community.
The PSNI who run half of these louts neither want to nor manage to stop them.
SF policy has abandoned us all to hellish criminal nightmare.

Big talk. Sod all action. Nothing new.

Stood with communities as regards drugs ? Some of OSF's philosophical fellow comrades - in the liberal sense - were/are master traders in drugs for generation of revenue.

And for the acid test OSF. Despite what you say what is the actual situation in this country about illicit drugs ? The country has never been so awash with drugs.....

Away with you and find something to do that is actually within your obvious practical limits as distinct from your waffling capacities.....
