Every Wednesday from May 2nd to June 6th | 7- 8.30 pm | €10 per session or €50 for all 6 sessions

Take practical actions to help make a difference to the environment in your own life, home and or workplace. This course offers a series of practical tips, gifts and experiences to help inspire, educate and inform you in how to do your bit to help the planet.

May 2nd - Introduction, Waste, Recycling & Composting

Tips on what can be recycled & where it can be recycled, how to compost and even examples of extreme composting. Information on how to buy or build recycling & composting systems.

May 9th - Composting 2, Water

Water saving tips, how to save money & help the environment, eco friendly cleaning samples for you to ttake home & try out,

May 16th - Energy

Energy saving tips, with various low energy light bulbs for you to take home and try out.

May 23rd - Shopping, Fairtrade & Organic Food Tasting

This will include our famous organic & fairtrade foodtasting sessions. Always meant to try a certain product but were never sure your family would it - well in this session we try to ensure you understand the value of these types of food and hopefully try something you have never eaten or drunk before!

May 30th - Transport

A discussion of various ways to minimumise your environmental footprint, ecologically friendly forms of travel & holidays. Also information on various companies in Dublin that will allow you to test drive some of the new forms of environmentally friendly transport coming onto the market - including cars, scooters and bikes.

June 6th - Final Session, the Future, Next Steps, Celebration

So you enjoyed the course! But what happens next? Where can you go with all your new ideas and great aspirations for the future? Celebration and certificate for everyone who completed their environmental challenges!
