are the legacy of ALL American bases. The largest one in Europe (Bondsteel) has impacted severely on the local Albanian, Kosovar, and Serbian cultures. The respective criminal groups vie for the drug and sex trades. As the competition gets tougher the prostitutes get younger. This has been broadcast on various Euro media, however, I think the use of the word "child" is stretching the point -- at least at this stage anyway.
No doubt the largest American base will lay claim to the largest scandal soon enough.
