Day-to-day weather, with all its extremes, is "just weather", according to the IPCC. With their authority onside, we can shrug off the BBC's melodramatic climate reports and misinformation, says Mark Ellse.

1440 It is now becoming clear that there were three attempted bombings today - at Oval station, at Warren Street station, and on a 26 bus in Hackney. Speculation suggests the detonators on these devices went off, but the bombs themselves did not. Should this be the case, there are clearly going to be huge risks in disarming the devices. But in the bombs there is the potential for clues as to who, exactly, is behind this.

It takes one more click than you're already doing to implement site policy. Not very many volunteers around presently and an extremely hectic period in site terms. Why don't you volunteer? Why don't you at least use contact form. Do you realise the work it is when ALL shit has to be looked at rather than just consuming what tittilates or is of interest to an individual user?

Seeking to piggyback on the crimes of a few hundred extremeists to blacken the collective name of 1BN of the world's population is simply not on.

If we go by the rationale of the proportion of these extremists to 1BN Muslims worldwide, vs the number of Zionist war-criminals to the worldwide Jewish population (24M) I suspect the Muslims look squeaky clean by comparison.

IDF/24M >> 10000/1BN

Now stick that in your PC pipe and smoke it.

1130: Trustees of the East London mosque tell the BBC there was a bomb scare at the building, at 1100, and police have been searching the premises.

AND

A passenger has told how he saw armed police officers shoot a man on a Tube train at Stockwell.
Mark Whitby said: "I was sitting on the train... I heard a load of noise, people saying, 'Get out, get down'.

"I saw an Asian guy. He ran on to the train, he was hotly pursued by three plain clothes officers, one of them was wielding a black handgun.

"He half tripped... they pushed him to the floor and basically unloaded five shots into him," he told BBC News 24.

"As [the suspect] got onto the train I looked at his face, he looked sort of left and right, but he basically looked like a cornered rabbit, a cornered fox.

"He looked absolutely petrified and then he sort of tripped, but they were hotly pursuing him, [they] couldn't have been any more than two or three feet behind him at this time and he half tripped and was half pushed to the floor and the policeman nearest to me had the black automatic pistol in his left hand.

"He held it down to the guy and unloaded five shots into him.

I'd also now like people to take North Africa and all of Africa seriously, and count their problems as being more real than any pop concert can sort.

At least I'm consistent.
