This design flaw in ChatGPT-5's default epistemic mode subverts what the much touted ChatGPT-5 can do... so long as the flaw is not tickled, any usage should be fine---The epistemological question is: how would anyone in the public, includes you reading this (since no one is all knowing), in an unfamiliar domain know whether or not the flaw has been tickled when seeking information or understanding of a domain without prior knowledge of that domain???!
This analysis is a pretty unique and significant contribution to the space of empirical evaluation of LLMs that exist in AI public world... at least thus far, as far as I am aware! For what it's worth--as if anyone in the ChatGPT universe cares as they pile up on using the "PhD level scholar in your pocket".
According to GPT-5, and according to my tests, this flaw exists in all LLMs... What is revealing is the deduction GPT-5 made: Why ?design choice? starts looking like ?deliberate flaw?.
People are paying $200 a month to not just ChatGPT, but all major LLMs have similar Pro pricing! I bet they, like the normal user of free ChatGPT, stay in LLM's default mode where the flaw manifests itself. As it did in this evaluation.

There is a drive to build 3,000 Peace Palaces world wide, including 3 to 4 in Ireland.

The theory is brilliant, I can't find a hole in it anywhere. Some backward people would link war, violence and crime with social deprivation and property relations, but this is nothing more than superstition. The correlation between these social problems and the density of peace palaces has been firmly established by vast numbers of methodical sociological surveys.
One last question - where do I send my life savings? and can I send my children by airmail?

Joseph Hayden, president of the charity, told the Irish Examiner the 250 people would be meditating to spread calm among Ireland's people who are described as a collective consciousness?

We see this group of 250 individuals as a way of reducing stress in society: the vibes they create together will spread outwards and reduce stress, causing accident and crime rates to fall. It worked in Washington DC.?
In 1993 a group of Maharishi followers spent almost two months meditating in the American capital city and said their vibes slashed crime rates by 23.3%.
Registered with Ireland's Revenue Commissioners as a tax-exempt charity, the organisation also wants to build a transcendental meditation centre in Dublin where the 250 will practise.
But first Mr Hayden is trying to raise millions of euro so he can pay the recruits €8-an-hour to carry out a 40-hour week of meditation and calming practises such as yogic flying, which is a kind of cross-legged hopping.
The Maharishi International University (Ireland) said it has three possible ways of funding its plan for the 250 people to meditate Ireland's crime and accident rates downward for a year:
* Two wealthy people to donate €750,000 each and six to give €375,000.
* 55,000 people to give just over €5 a month.
* Every man, woman and child in the North and the Republic to give 5.5 cent a month to the charity.
Mr Hayden said: Initially we are talking about having one big group of 250 in Dublin but we would want to expand it around the country to Cork, Belfast, Waterford and Limerick?
