Resist Bush

category international | anti-war / imperialism | event notice author Tuesday October 21, 2003 23:41author by Ed - Gluaiseachtauthor email peace at gluaiseacht dot net Report this post to the editors

as you are all probably aware bush is going to be in
london from the 19th to the 21st of november.
we decided at the last gluaiseacht meeting that our
"big trip" would be the bush protest in london.

hi everyone,
as you are all probably aware bush is going to be in
london from the 19th to the 21st of november.
we decided at the last gluaiseacht meeting that our
"big trip" would be the bush protest in london.
on the 19th there will be a mass non-violent civil
disobedience at buckingham palace. a london group
called resist bush, made up mostly of london
grassroots opposition to war, i think, recently had a
meeting and are calling for....
"open mass action with announced gathering
points and in parallel with a call for autonomous
affinity groups to carry out non-violent actions
around and maybe inside buckingham palace."
this is going to be an amazing oppurtuity to show bush
how much opposition there is, and not just to the war
but to all his crazy policies. the american media will
have no choice but to report the massive
demonstrations.
we are hoping to organise transport to london and if we do
enough fundraising and sponsorship we can make it
affordable for everyone.
in order to get on with the organisation we need to
know quite soon how many people can come and also how
many people would like to help out with the
organisation.
it would be also helpful to know if people want to
visit somewhere else along the way to london....
suggestions have been, bnfl headquarters in risely,
eco village tpye places, centre for alternative
technology.
so if you want to come or help out or make suggestions
please email to peace@gluaiseacht.net
or ring the office at 056 7756796

did you read that great story the other day there be no parade of very over blow show for bush from the british state when he comes over,

as with putin a while back they really go to town with the pomp and big hats and a ride down the mall with the queen on a official state visit, but because of the inevitable of protests and the bad feling from everybody in general noone of that is going to happen which as the article said is a blow to washington cos imagine what the pictures of bush going down the mall with queen would lok like to us tv audiences...

Why not put all your money together and hire a sniper to do him rather than go over and shout at him which will have no effect

Mr.Sniper,

Mr.Bush is a member of skull and bones, a particulary nasty splinter group from the Masonic family tree. So much as threaten to sneez in that fellas direction, and you could be facing twenty years in a "maxmum Fedrul scurry purzun". I'm not merssing. Ever actually lived with a Yank. 8 times out of ten, they're headbangers. And it does not matter if you are a foreigner, your own government here in " Ayer-lind" will understand the absolute need to have you " contained" so as to achieve "closure".

The best thing you can do is remind children everywhere that that is the " bad man" every times he comes on telly. By the time they are eight, they will be so versed in political re education, they and their classmates will bully the sons and daughters of the local PD/FF tds. Those children wil then commit suicide, forcing the FF/PD parents to drop out of the electoral race due to depression, leaving the way open for Labour/sf/greens/ madmonsterravingloonyparty to claim the electoral mantle.

The best thing of all will then happen. Brenden O'Conner, the Thatcherite journalist disguised as a Nietzchian lounge lizard cynic( far out man), will go on an eating binge from depression because a load of lefties are now in government, and the editors will force him to resign from the Sunday Indo, cos it's retard D4 readers will now believe the left are in fashion. Then one day, the fat fucker will explode. Good riddance, ya fat cunt...
