95th Annual Clonmult Martyrs Commemoration

Clonmult Martyrs Commemoration Committee, Republican Sinn Féin Poblachtach - Cork and the Cork Republican Movement, relatives and friends met recently in Midleton to organise the 95th Annual Commemoration for Sunday 21st February 2016 at Midleton. County Cork.

Clonmult Martyrs Commemoration Committee, Republican Sinn Féin Poblachtach - Cork and the Cork Republican Movement, relatives and friends met recently in Midleton to organise the 95th Annual Commemoration for Sunday 21st February 2016 at Midleton. County Cork.

Assembly will be at 2:00pm at the Court House across the road from AIB, Main Street, Midleton. County Cork. and will proceed to the Churchyard at Saint John the Baptist Church where a wreath will be laid on the grave of Volunteer Deasy.

The Commemoration will then proceed to the Church of the Holy Rosary where wreaths will be laid on behalf of the relatives, Republican Sinn Féin Poblachtach - Cork, Cumann na mBan - Cork, and the Republican Movement - Cork on the Republican Plot, followed by a decade of the Rosary, and an Oration.

We call on the people of Midleton and East Cork to take this opportunity to pay tribute to those men who sacrificed their lives that Ireland would be free.

All are Welcome.
