It isn't so much that the Tories are getting more popular as that Labour is getting less so. Which illustrates a more general predicament for the Tories and any other party that might have aspirations to government.

Enda Kenny Taoiseach met with Kevin Tracey today the 18th January 2012

category national | crime and justice | news report author Wednesday January 18, 2012 23:35author by Sam Malone - LSG Report this post to the editors

Kevin Tracey has legitimately complained for years about the atrocious abuse he has been so wrongly subjected to by the gardai only since he obtained a full legal planning permission to build a new house next door to a Judge, which was taken away from him through the courts. He has ample evidence that this same Judge instigated malicious charges against him through his friends in the gardai, principally at Ballyfermot. In fact Kevin has proved in the District Court that these 31 charges were maliciously concocted by the gardai, dpp and the courts service.

Enda Kenny met with Kevin Tracey at Dail Eireann today and acknowledged the correspondence to him from Kevin and Karen Tracey. He assured Kevin that the matters already known ro him have now been passed to the Minister for Justice Alan Shatter. This is positive since so far to date no details have got as far as Minister Shatter but only to civil servants in the Department of Justice. Enda Kenny is aware for some time now of this story and even when meeting with Justin Morahan outside Leinster House some months ago he pledged he would do something about this awful abuse. Unfortunately to date all that has happened is coverup after coverup after coverup.

Further details of this terrible story are on this website.

Under current Irish Law Kevin Tracey is entitled to a full investigation under the Commission for Investigations Act. 2004.

it's so obvious kevin tracey is a victim of our corrupt-to-the-core legal system,if anyone criticises him, they are more than likely pricks with vested interests, like the legal lowlife who lie for a living anyway,so we shouldn't be surprised...
we are a group...the court of last resort...we know our legal system is rotten...we know all the old-fashioned media in ireland have a policy to cover it up...and we know no politician will speak out about it...
we have proof of all of this,it will be part of a documentary which will be shown outside our rotten little state, but it will be seen by everyone here...everyone...we will ensure it'll be engrained in peoples' minds...
we will not tolerate corruption in our legal system...our legal system...we will expose these scum, and clean up the system once and for all...
attached is only 1 example of how rotten a judge can be,how blatant he can be,and how he can make a corrupt decision even in a case when a person is killed...isn't that right mister rory mccabe?
