Zartis, the new social recruitment software service, today announced that Bill Liao, previously co-founder of German social network, Xing, will join its Board of Directors. Liao will be joined on the Board by Irish entrepreneur, Jonathan Grey. The service is free for small businesses. The market for talent management systems including social recruitment is valued at over $27bn and is growing rapidly. Bill Liao is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, diplomat, speaker and author. He is a co-founder of the social network service XING and CEO of Finaxis AG, a privately held company in the financial services industry. In 2011, Mr. Liao joined SOS Ventures as their European Venture Partner specialising in Internet and social media. Jonathan Grey is CEO of Ovation Incentives, a global incentive, reward and motivation solutions provider based in London.
