Well done to all that turned out to challange Blair in Dublin. The man should be on trial for his war against the poorest people in the world. The coward with the blood of thousands on his hands.

Mr Blair earlier told ITV it was "not as if we need" to do signings to sell copies of his memoirs.

Announcing his decision to scrap the long-planned event, he said: "I know the Metropolitan Police would, as ever, have done a superb job in managing any disruption but I do not wish to impose an extra strain on police resources, simply for a book signing.

Not forgetting of course Seán, Tony Blair's New Labour's arms industry as wholly advertised on New Labour glossy election pamhlets that dropped through many a door of the house I lived in in England. "Let's protect our £90 billion arms industry" the leaflet screamed.
Let's not forget the sale of Harrier jumpjets to Indonesia, nor the multitude of arms, bullets and fighter planes sold to despots around the world.

The Irish Anti War Movement had already called for a protest/march, meeting at Parnell Square at 11am and marching down to Easons.

Fair play to the group Eirigi for this protest, but instead of groups capitalising on publicity for their own actions on the day, I think people should just come out as humans and individuals to express their anger at this mans visit, someone repsonsible for the muder of thousands
