category dublin | summit mobilisations | event notice author Wednesday April 20, 2005 11:35author by Joe Black Report this post to the editors

This Mayday let us go back to the park and have ourselves a picnic free of all the state imposed hassle and madness of last year. This will be (at least) the fourth anarchist picnic held in the park. Meet up at the Wellington Monument at 1pm. More details to follow...

quotes of the week.
"the reality is that if young people do not get a bit of rough time from the police we will never address these issues."
???????????????????????????????????

i participated in the may1st protest last year.

And while yiz are up there in the park don't forget to visit the papal cross and say a couple of prayers for the 10,000 Dubliners ye gassed last year. Sure wasn't that a terrible thing to do altogether?
That did happen, did it not? The media said it would anyway. If Benedict XVl hears about it yiz will all be excommunicated.

that people for some reason on their non-banking days readily absorb shite about Dangerous Places, Famous People, Sensible Saving Options, Holidays, Interesting facts, Sport results, Media, gardening and health as well looking at the “issues” including why the workers get paid shit wages, why immigrants are forced to jump through more hoops than anyone else,
why the ruling classes refer to us as "being in a labour market", why the managerial classes refer to us as "human resources".

And other people go on picnics!
Fair play to ye. Have a nice day.
I know i'm going to. It's our day.
