Isreali Soldier killed two women in Gaza

An unnamed Israeli Soldier is to be charged over the killing of two Palestinian women in Gaza during Operation Cast Lead in late 2008 and early 2009. He shot and killed 64-year-old Raya Salma Abu Hajjaj and her 35-year-old daughter Majda who were part of a white flag waving group who had been ordered out of their homes.

Isreali human rights organization B'Tselem first reported the incident and it was again mentioned in the Richard Goldstone's UN report.
