The Department of Finance and Personnel has announced the termination of the PFI/PPP procurement process for the Workplace 2010 Project.

NIPSA has welcomed the announcement that the Department of Finance and Personnel has terminated the proposed PFI contract "Workplace 2010" which would have seen the Civil Service Estate handed over to the private sector under a 25 year contract at a cost of £1.5 bn.
