The registration of the St. Louis-based craft is pending, according to Federal Aviation Administration records (see previous blog post). The FAA lists the registrant's address as 4300 Goodfellow Blvd, the site of the former St. Louis Army Ammunition Plant.
The ammo plant has been closed since 1997, but both military and civilian offices, public and private, are still located at the site.
