Report on Palestine and Damascus resistance meeting

The situation in Palestine is absolutely desperate. What’s going to happen next? Is it any hope of uniting all the Palestinian factions against occupation? Are the Israel zionist trying to force a massive exode of Palestinians to Egypt? What role is playing the Annapolis agreement on all of this situation?

This Monday in The Fourth World War , Féile FM 103.2 Belfast or online at www.feilefm.com we’ll have the pleasure and the honnour to have Dr.Azzam Tamimi, a Palestinian-Briton academic, leading member of the Stop the War Coalition and the director of the "Institute of Islamic Political Thought" in London.

He has written five books including "Hamas: Unwritten Chapters", which was launched by himself at the last Féile an Phobail. He writes and lectures on issues related to Islamic political thought and Middle Eastern politics. He is a regular commentator on the Arabic satellite channel al-Jazeera and makes frequent appearances on a number of other channels, both English and Arabic.

He is just back from Damascus where he attended an important meeting along with hundreds of delegates of Hamas and other leftist Palestinian resistance organizations willing to unite against occupation.
