Nuon Chea(82), "brother number two", has been arrested at his home in Cambodia. He was second in command to Pol Pot, one of the greatest Communinst killers since Stalin and Mao. The Khmer Rouge regime were responsible for the imprisonment, torture and murder of an estimated 1.5 million of their own people.
