a new book, of interest to indymedia types has just been published. It's called 'Uncertain Ireland: A Sociological Chronicle, 2003-2004

Topics covered include Rossport,the citizenship referendum, waste individualisation, farmers' markets, the george bush carol coleman interview and more.

The book attempts to bridge the gap between academia and real life, by providing well argued though accessable observations on contemporary Ireland.
