SIPTU are claiming that 25 Hungarian workers at the spencer dock construction site have been paid as little as €4.50 an hour with no overtime, payslips or pension .

The comapnies and sub-contactors are all trying to shift the blame from one company to another.
It is understood the men are employed by a Hungarian sub-contractor.

John Sisk & Son is the main contractor but hired an Austrian sub-contractor called Konhausner to do the glazing for the project. The Austrian sub-contractor then went on to sub-contract this to a Hungarian company called Boros Csabba.
