Two sites on the M3, subject of Factual dispute at the court

The NRA sponsored programme of excavation at two sites, subject of factual dispute in the case of V. salafia VS Meath County council , The NRA and the Dept of the Environment are currently being excavated.
The TaraWatch campaign is issuing a call to protest tomorrow 9/03/06 at Barronstown site, which is partially excavated.
We are releasing the disallowed oral evidence of the three expert witnesses
Dr's Edel breathnach, Conor Newman, and Joe fenwick.

We are calling on the minister of the Environment Dick Roche TD to invoke
a section 14(a)4 and call an immeadiate cessation of works on these sites.
In the event of the discovery of a national monument in the course of excavations the onus is on the minister to declare the discovery of a national monument
and to inform the director of the National Museum, this has not happened.
