European Commissioner Charlie McCreevy, who is responsible for
the Internal Market and Services, is to address a plenary session of the National Forum On Europe next Thursday 23rd February at 11 am in Dublin Castle.

The session is particularly timely, coinciding as it does with the controversy surrounding the draft services directive which proposes to liberalise the EU services market. The session will be on the theme of “Global Competitive Challenges and the role of the Single Market”. You are invited to attend.
