Olivia Agbonlahor and her twin children Melissa and Great were due to be deported in October 2005, but due to community support and intervention a stay was put on Olivia's case.
Olivia has a Judical Review coming up this Monday at the four courts members of Residents Against Racism will be there to support her and her children.
Olivia and her family came to Ireland in 2003 her husband was working as a journalist and received death threats so the family had to flee if deported back to Nigeria the family will be at risk.
Olivia's son Great has an autistic spectrum disorder and if forced back to Nigeria he can not receive the same level of treatment as he is in Ireland.
Residents Against Racism will be at the four courts from 10am on Monday February 13th.
