The Carrickmines of the north & the information Cavan County Council wanted buried.

Cavan’s Bermuda Triangle, but no mystery to this Disappearing Dyke.
THIS SAYS IT ALL
THIS SAYS IT ALL

Cavan Planning Authority is due to make a decision on the Ardkill More case on Thursday next January 26th. It is widely expected that they will grant permission.
In the meantime to fully illustrate how much the quarry has already impacted on the mountain as seen from the western side and how much of the Black Pig’s Dyke has already being destroyed see this photo and judge for yourself. The surviving sections are shown in red. Cavan County Council has stated they greatly value the counties rich heritage. Study this picture and judge for yourself.
