One of the group of men known as the Rossport 5, Micheál O Seighin spent 94 days in high security in prison earlier this year for refusing to obey an injunction preventing him from peaceful protest against Shell's plans to lay a dangerous, experimental gas pipeline through his village, Rossport in the North Mayo Gaeltacht. He will talk about the background to the campaign as well as his own history as a campaigner and Irish language activist.
