Legal & Government Abuse

category international | crime and justice | other press author Saturday October 01, 2005 18:44author by Vercingetorix (Ireland)author email vercincetorix at yahoo dot ie

"Our potential to live happy, productive, and fulfilled lives is being robbed from us every day ..."

"Marriages are torn apart by the stress of coping with the abuses of government and the legal system, relationships with friends, relatives, children, and the ability to enjoy life can be twisted inside out."

"They produce psychological depression, anxiety, substance abuse, sexual problems, obesity, and many other forms of disturbance that plague millions of people across the globe."

"When you suffer in silence, when you allow the wrongs to stand without seeking redress and accountability, when you avoid demanding justice, you have become part of the problem. "

The days of the oligarchy (government by a small group of people) may be coming to an end in Ireland?

"Unfortunately, it seems to me that this kind of corruption (oligarchical corruption), which can readily be traced back through a long and bloody trail of human misery and destruction to the days of the Roman Empire, has the wholehearted support of United States President George W. Bush, and UK Prime Minister Tony Blair M.P.; and, at the same time, that Mr Bush and Mr Blair appear (to me) to in turn have the enthusiastic support of a number of very senior politicians in the Republic of Ireland: such as, for example, Prime Minister Ahern T.D., Deputy Prime Minister Mary Harney T.D., and Minister for Justice Michael McDowell T.D.."

The above is an extract from an e-mail dated October 12th 2005 to a group of 40 or so Oireachtas Members (Republic of Ireland Parliamentarians).

One of the three items in the above heading does not fit in, and does not belong.

Several senior public servants (and others) were informed yesterday about the very serious oligarchic corruption problems in Ireland. They included Prime Minister Ahern, Prime Minister Blair, and President George W. Bush.

"With due regard for all of my unanswered letters to them during the past several years (all sent through the registered post), I am very strongly of the view that there is now an urgent need for a "Patrick Fitzgerald (US Prosecutor)" type investigation into the manner in which Prime Minister Ahern, Prime Minister Blair, and EU Commission President Barroso are obstructing justice on the Island of Ireland regarding my particular case."

The above is an extract from an e-mail sent to the Council of Europe (i.e. The European Court of Human Rights) last Tuesday, November 1st 2005.

"Much more importantly perhaps, I don't know what his (i.e. EU Commission President Jose Borroso's) legal position is - having due regard for his job title, and for the fact that he appears to me to be obstructing justice in an extremely serious way, regarding a long string of extremely serious legal matters."

The above query was today raised with 16 Irish MEPs (Members of European Parliament).

The four extracts below relating to Complex PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) are from a letter dated November 7th 2005 to the Minister for Justice in the Republic of Ireland, Mr Michael McDowell TD.

This letter provides clear medical evidence that Complex PTSD can be caused, and is being caused, by public-servants in Western Europe who are abusing human rights law - by bullying, and by other means.

The letter has been written by Senior Psychiatric Social Worker Mr Gerard Madden (Omagh, Northern Ireland), and it contains a "To Whom It May Concern" attachment, dated October 28th 2005, from Dr Michael McCavert (General Practitioner).

Four sample EXTRACTS from Mr Madden's letter follow:

1) "On reviewing the depth and range of his symptoms he has got PTSD Complex as a result of all his traumas." (Statement from Dr McCavert.)

2) " ... these traumas and stresses have come at the hands of individuals and public officials and bodies that he has encountered in his struggles to try to correct environmental wrong doings." (Statement from Dr McCavert.)

3) "Fundamental principles of Human Rights and justice are at the heart of this matter and indeed, I believe, also your own department." (Statement from Mr Madden.)

4) "His efforts to secure proper legal representation have been thwarted at every turn and Mr Finnerty is firmly of the belief that this situation is a serious breach of his rights under Article 6 (3) (1.b.c.) of the European Convention of Human Rights." (Statement from Mr Madden.)

For those interested, scanned copies of Mr Madden's letter, together with Dr McCavert's attachment, can be seen at the following address:

===========================

"Dear Oireachtas Member,

I would be very grateful if you would please take careful note of the recent statements concerning my health made by Dr Michael McCavert (GP), and by Mr Gerard Madden (Senior Psychiatric Social Worker) - which are referred to below in connection with a letter dated November 7th 2005 Mr Madden has sent to Minister for Justice Michael McDowell TD.

Any help you might be able to provide me with to justly resolve the very ugly and worrying issues involved would be much appreciated.

Yours sincerely,

William Finnerty."

According to information at the Atlantic Philantrophies address provided below, Ireland is the only country in the European Union not to have incorporated the European Convention on Human Rights into domestic legislation.
