sorry for the extreme short otice but hopefully we will have regular advertised meetings from now on!

Meeting on the situation in Mayo with regrds to shell and possibly setting up a group of shell to sea in dublin.

Dublin Shell to Sea Meeting tonight(Tuesday) 8 pm
EENGO camden street Dublin (the office is above "bounty stores" opposite the camden palace drink/pool place on camden street - just hit EENGO buzer)

High Court this Wednesday 29th June at 11am. Ask at Four courts reception
which court is hearing

Shell Oil V's McGrath and others

This is a nominally a court session to set a date for a full hearing
regarding whether Shell should have been given an injunction to enter
lands along proposed pipeline route. Shell have been asked by the
presiding Judge to produce a num,ber of documents that are outstanding on
this date.

Now Shell want to use this same hearing to have those mentioned below
committed for breaking the terms of the injunction.
