over budget - over time - yet underpaid? how dat work?

Around 40 Polish workers employed on the Port Tunnel Project are protesting outside the main gate to the project in Whitehall in Dublin over alleged threats for joining a union.

SIPTU's senior shop steward John Rock said the men are employed by the Polish sub-contractor, Format Construction.
