The Latin America Solidarity Centre (LASC) is an initiative for development education, campaigning solidarity and culture, linking Latin America and Ireland. LASC runs Latin American Spanish classes with an emphasis on exploring Latin American development issues and culture through it's language. We run beginners classes for those who might want to travel or volunteer to the region and 'false' beginners classes for those who have some experience in learning the language already.

Our next term of classes will be starting on 24 January 2005 and running until 4 April 2005 (ten week course).

They will be held at 5, Merrion Row, Dublin 2.

The term costs €65 which is non-refundable (unless LASC cancels due to unforeseen circumstances) and non-exchangeable.

The facilitators are Julián Sanz and Carmen Paredes.

Classes are restricted to 15 students in each class.
