The All Dublin Anti BIn tax Campaign is holding a protest at City Hall, at 6.15pm on Monday 29th as the councillors begin their debate on this years estimate's which include an €80 basic bin charge and €5 per lift charge. Keep the pressure on the councillors: the three independents and SF are committed to voting against the bin tax, if Labour vote against the estimates will fall.
