High-security train that couldn't see a body on the track?

In what is either a demonstration of the lack of control that surrounds nuclear waste shipments or yet another murder of a peaceful activists by the thugs of the State a protestor has been murdered on the Franco-German border.

A 23-year old was killed when a high-security train carrying nuclear material ran over his legs as he lay chained to the track. Previous to this two other protestors had been removed from the track further up. The helicopter which normally flies ahead to ensure the security of this cargo was mysteriously absent for fuel.
